Terms of Use

Agreement and eligibility

Last updated: November 7, 2026. These terms govern your use of Enamel Stories, a personal jewelry organizer and styling reference for adults aged 18 or over. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using it. Operator: Enamel Stories.

What the app provides

You can organize jewelry, manually arrange pieces around neckline references, compare a selected outfit photo, keep text or voice stories and export readable copies. Illustrations and sample lengths are examples only. The app does not authenticate, appraise, trade or insure jewelry and does not provide professional styling, safety or financial advice. It does not measure physical dimensions from photos or identify people.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app subject to applicable law and platform rules. Do not use it to infringe rights, distribute unlawful material, interfere with security or misrepresent ownership. You remain responsible for the content you import, record or share and for obtaining consent from anyone pictured or recorded. Use only content you have the right to use.

Your content and privacy

You retain rights in your own photos, recordings and notes. The app does not upload them to us or make them public. We do not acquire a license to publish them. Device storage, backups, permissions, public web pages and exports are described in the Privacy Policy. Data you actively share may be processed by the chosen service under its own terms.

Samples and intellectual property

Built-in geometric illustrations, sample arrangements and editorial text are provided with the app for personal use. Their presence does not imply affiliation with a jewelry brand. App code, interface and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms do not restrict rights you hold under mandatory law or permitted open-source licenses.

Local storage and exports

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and retaining important copies. The app has no account or developer cloud recovery. Your iOS backup settings may include app data. Exports are readable copies, not an in-app restore backup. Deleting app data or uninstalling can remove content; previously shared copies are not recalled. Storage and permission failures can interrupt saving. Review error messages before leaving an editor.

Price and availability

Version 1.0.0 has no subscriptions, in-app purchases or advertising. We do not promise future paid features or continued availability of any future service. Features and compatibility may change in later versions. Offline core functionality remains subject to device storage and supported system capabilities. External information pages require a network connection unless the bundled fallback is used.

Disclaimer and limits

The app is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every device operation, backup or export will succeed. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies required by your local law. Keep independent copies of information important to you.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the app at any time. You can export and delete personal data in Settings before uninstalling. Updated terms will be identified by their revision date. No specific governing-law jurisdiction is asserted because the operator’s legal location has not been verified.
